HVAC Installer

Kevin’s Plumbing & Heating is hiring an HVAC Installer to join our team in Minot, ND. We are looking for a dependable HVAC professional who takes pride in quality installations and providing customers with reliable heating and cooling solutions.

With more than 30 years serving the Minot area, our team has built a strong reputation for excellent workmanship, dependable service, and customer care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Replace and upgrade heating and cooling equipment
  • Assist with system startup, testing, and quality checks
  • Perform equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Maintain clean and professional job sites
  • Follow installation standards and safety procedures
  • Participate in technical training and continuing education

What We’re Looking For:

  • HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical HVAC components
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and various job environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
